ICE seeks to form, promote, assist, and strengthen Christian organizations by:

Providing gifts of finances and property

Recruiting and assigning volunteer workers

Distributing items such as food, clothing, relief supplies, Bibles and other Christian materials and literature.
Our Partnership in Romania
Our primary ministry focus is assisting Christians in Romania. This work in Romania is performed almost exclusively through our partnership with the Elpis Foundation. Elpis, founded in 1999 by Vasile Pop, is primarily focused on encouraging, supporting and training Christian workers, including pastors, elders and missionaries, through its Missionary Circles and TUMI training.

Perry Shultz
Perry has a Bachelor’s degree in MIS from Dallas Baptist University and recently retired as a Senior Data Protection Engineer from Allstate Insurance Company after more than 42 years. He and his wife Cheryl live in Keller, Texas and love to travel. He has 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren.

Perry has been on ICE’s Board of Directors since 1998 and has regularly traveled to Romania since 2000 – receiving ministry updates, participating in conferences, and leading strategy discussions with the leadership of The Elpis Foundation (ICE’s partner in Romania). He is an active member of Elpis Foundation’s Advisory Council and a charter members of ICE Technology.

Perry is the son of Founder Ken Shultz and has served as President since Ken’s retirement.
