Dear Friend,

The simple act of returning a young Romanian girl to her home in 1997, has given birth to a continuing ministry of aid to churches and Christian organizations in that land. In 1998, International Christian Enterprise, Inc., was incorporated as a vehicle to carry on this ministry.

International Christian Enterprise exists for one purpose: To help Romanian churches and Christian organizations carry out their ministries. This is done in two ways: 1. Volunteers, at their own expense, go to Romania and offer their services to be used in any way local leaders see fit, and 2. Interested friends contribute money and materials to help those same ministries. All funds and material gifts are forwarded to their designated purpose, 100%. None of this would have happened without the prayers and gifts of our many friends.

We believe that God does not want us to spend time and effort raising funds. Consequently, we work almost exclusively through personal contact. We are glad when others share our concern, and will gladly add them to our mailing list, but we normally do not do so except by their own request or by referral from one of our friends.

Some have asked for a list of projects and needs, to help them decide how to help. This booklet is intended to fulfill that request. Not one of the requests presented in this booklet is for the use of International Christian Enterprise. Rather, this is but a way to make you aware of the needs of partner organizations and churches in Romania. Those organizations are identified on the following pages.

Our prayer is that God will use this list to put one or more of these needs on your heart. When that happens, you may be assured that International Christian Enterprise will send your contributions to meet the need you designate in Romania, and will provide a tax- deductible receipt for your gift.

Most important, please pray for the ministries of these churches and your Romanian brothers and sisters in Christ every time God brings them to mind. If we all do that, then we know that God will see that the needs are met.
